I totally agree, he doesn’t have to be a genius at Xs and Os or even

Recognizing excellent talent on the field, he does have to recognize excellent coaching, talent and manage that properly. If he had good discipline and high expectations for assistant coaches and coordinators, his style of person would be just great as the head coach at BYU.
