You want to make sure that when you flush it doesn't pull the water out of the p-traps so you will want to vent your sinks and shower drains.

No. Under the Siding I have a layer of Vapor Barrier, then OSB, then 4-5 inches

You can blow loose fill easily. Some big box stores will even rent the equipment
