Spaced off on my Credit Cards for a bit and missed some payments and was able to get all the fees reversed even with BoA ( In the past they were not very forgiving of any late fees ).

Also.. most recently bought a bunch of LMNT electrolyte packets and accidentally ordered the wrong flavor for two of the boxes ( each box has 30 packets ) I ordered.

They emailed me back pretty quick and said they'd ship out to boxes of the flavor I meant to order and that I could keep the two boxes of the flavor that I didn't mean to order.
