4 a month or so. Tastes good. Not too expensive. Available in Costco and Amazon. Just straight protein drink or mix with any variety(ies) of fruit you like.

It is even cheaper if you get some protein powder & add enough powder to get 40g. That ends up being like $0.50 or less.
