This house may not be a great example

Weird things about this house:

It's driveway is on a busy road
To the back of the house is 100s of apartments
It is in a orange to red Violent crime area

Without context this also looks like a good place to live:

With WFH, I think housing has somewhat started to level a bit. Still some big discrepancies though.

Zillow has a huge lag. For example, the value of my home on Zillow is about $65k

Also in Utah actual sale price is unavailable to Zillow so prices are more guess
