Depends on if you live in Orem/Provo or not?

If they can live at home, then UVU is a great option. If you are from Tennessee, then BYU I is a much better option

UVU gets nearly all the benefits of being near Provo and BYU, with none of the many, many downsides of BYU-I.

No way. Go to UVU, live south of campus of BYU, attend BYU wards, and avoid BYU-I. All wins.
