and cream and sugar. European chocolate uses more cream and cocoa butter. American chocolate uses less, and to make up for it, they use more sugar.

Also, less sugar isn't always the European way. Gelato has less fat and more sugar than ice cream. So it's the opposite.

Lindt. Wasn't a fan of dark chocolate and wouldn't call myself a dark chocolate fan but this one is good.
