It seems the primary things distinguishing American chocolate from European
chocolate are that European uses higher fat content, higher percentage of cocoa solids, a different cocoa bean geography, and less sugar than American chocolate.

Problem is, for most of those items, they are things that don’t show up in the label.

So, what chocolate have you found in the US that is somewhat easily available but still has all those things that European chocolate has?
