Pre-workout capsules?

Tired of chugging pre-workout drink bright and early before I head to the gym.

Curious if they make a pre-workout capsule? Any that y'all would recommend?

Google is your friend. There’s a lot more effects than a slightly elevated heart rate.

I switch on and off... I will go 2 or 3 months with it and then go 2 or 3

My suggestion would be to go without preworkout... train your body to respond

I've tried pre-workout and I feel like it made me much more tired than without it.

Either that, or your body becomes dependent on it to respond, so you get 0 net
