I so was exhausted by that time (basically only had 6 hours of sleep in the previous 72 hours between traveling from the US, then Nagoya and hiking through the night - while recovering from the flu and not eating).

I have never been so utterly drained and exhausted. I was on the verge of passing out.

Naturally, we're going to Japan to hike it again next Summer. Taking a bunch of friends.
