My listing agent priced it well but as soon as buyers started negotiating she wilted like a flower in the noon sun. Gave me a hard time about me not being reasonable and unwilling to give into all the buyers requests.

She was terrible.

My buyers agent was amazing. Got the inside scoop on what the seller wanted to see in the offer, got me some good credits in place of repairs. Was great. Worth every penny of the 1.5% buyers agent commission she got.
