Mine earned it. Buyers agent…that’s another question.
Selling agent staged our home in areas that needed it, paid for photos (which were phenomenal), spent a number of times in our home discussing strategy and prep for sale, suggested a sales price 10% higher than we were planning because of knowledge of the market trends.
