It's a battery powered generator. But more like a large power bank. You can get about 8 hours of power for low power
usage appliance.
You can get a couple of hours of power for things that consume more power.
This particular model comes with a solar panel that will recharge it in 8 hours while camping as long as you keep direct sun on the panels.
It's a nice set up for camping, especially if you use things like a medical device that needs power (CPaP, cochlear implants) or for recharging phones.
