Every insider or media member I heard talking about Utah being considered came from the state of Utah.

Any buzz was Utah trying to generate a narrative themselves, not the B10 members talking about and seriously considering Utah.

The same is true for cougarboard and local radio in Utah. Some here and Utah media members can justify in their heads why Utah could be considered. Media and fans in B10 schools aren't even considering it.
