Something stupid like come in at a 1/4 share for 5-10 years and then lifetime 1/2 share.

A new, untapped market, not nearly as far away for travel in both directions (LA market schools, Midwest schools looking at more Pacific coast travel).

But, never in a million years, would Utah be on the radar for the B1G as an equal member.
