I hate how some companies try to find any tiny thing wrong to charge you with. One time I returned a rental and they found some tiny dent that they wanted to charge me for. I pulled out my phone and showed them the videos I took before taking the car. I zoomed in on the dent to prove it was already there before I rented it and they quickly changed their tune.
