I also disagree a bit with your list. Pistons have been trying to win for awhile and just suck…there is talent on that roster and I don’t think they will purposefully tank. Raptors also have talent and I don’t buy they will tank. Hornets could surprise, especially if LaMelo is healthy. Who knows with the Bulls…they still have LaVine and Vucevic. Hawks definitely won’t be tanking.

That leaves these teams positioned to tank better than the Jazz: Nets, Blazers, Wizards…and if the Jazz trade Lauri? They are right there with them.
