We had two problems in our new build. First, they cross the wires so the air
Would run on the wrong level. Also, the builder punctured the Freon line with a nail causing all the Freon to leak out. This caused the house not to cool.

after you call your builder claims, get good fans. The builder grade fans that most builders install or worthless

Almost everyone for the last 30+ years builds two-story houses. I’m one of them. It’s hard to get an upper floor cool.
