After many years in decline this is true. And it went up 27 fans per game last year
But the reality is that fan attendance isn't really the metric that programs care about anymore. Things are about money.
And if you can cram 80,000 people into the stadium or reduce it to 65000 people with nicer amenities (and higher prices) then you get more money
