So, when Utah took hiatuses to play Michigan and Florida and BYU fan disapproved
…what was that?
The rivalry cooled a bit, the time away was good for both sides. Poll here shows 2/3 want to end it. Yet, a seemingly vocal majority here on CB and elsewhere were critical of Utah taking those breaks.
You can definitely say that the basketball break Utah took from BYU was a power move, but in football Utah took opportunities to play 2 blue bloods, not apparent power moves.
