Even with the advantage of no exit fees, Washington and Oregon had to beg and plead just to get in at half shares. The B10 could have had Utah free and clear, at the peak of their football success coming off back to back Rose Bowl losses, but they didn't want them.

And somehow that's going to change in 2-3 years when Utah and the B10 would need to pay $50+ mil in exit fees? Not including what it would cost to get out of the B12 GOR not even halfway through the media deal.

Are Ute fans really this dumb or is Utah failing to provide their students with an adequate education?
