Per B12 requirements teams must have 1 P4 OOC on the schedule. You've got CSU, Utah Tech and USF. None of them P4. I'm guessing they'd replace USF with the P4 opponent and keep the most winnable game on the schedule in Utah Tech. The OOC game vs. USF is also in the middle of October. An odd time for OOC games when they can schedule another on an open date in September between the Utah Tech and Colorado State games.
