Every other year. They have 7 one year, 6 the next. That's the standard. They
have 9 conference games and then one FCS every year, so they alternate between 5 or 6 of those 10 games being home games. They then schedule home-and-homes, so that's why you have 7 one season and then 6 the next.
Specifically, Utah has 6 home games this year and had 6 in 2022, 2021 (the pattern got messed up due to COVID), 2018, etc.
