I’m not a bike guy, and so I have no idea what I’m looking at. She mostly wants it to ride around town, but like the option of taking it on some dirt trails for some pretty mild riding. Also would like the ability to put on a kid’s trailer.

So I’m thinking probably eMTB, which won’t excel on the roads, but when she takes it off-road it won’t have any issues?

I have a fezzari (now ari) road bike, so I’ve been looking at their wire peak 2.0, but someone told me to look at the new Aventon eMTB. And then that lead me to look at alllll of the other options and I quickly got overwhelmed. Any help narrowing down what I should be looking at would be super appreciated!
