I know this is just bad luck (because my wife’s favorite is the sausage egg and cheese biscuit) but every time I’ve
Gotten a bacon egg and cheese biscuit (never the sausage) the biscuit is both already breaking apart and has hard parts that are almost unchewable, like it was microwaved too long and then sat out for 10 min. I just can’t do it.
I do love the bacon egg and cheese McGriddle as well, but the egg McMuffin is still the GOAT for me. Perfect combination of flavors without one thing overpowering anything else.
