Hey, I’m in my mid-60s, and my wife and I hit the sack at 1:00 a.m. And she reads for 20 minutes before falling asleep.
I’m usually up by 7:00 a.m. And today I hiked six miles and mowed my lawn. I did grab a one-hour nap, though.🙂 And we just finished watching Top Gun: Maverick (again). Pretty typical day.
