I think soccer is a unique sport in that it’s how much damage does
a coach do rather than how much they help (if that makes sense)..
I’m not sure how much they help but I know they can hurt a lot
I think Cruyff said it but “a bad soccer coach can cause more harm than no coach at all”
Really holds true in youth development
