Scalley may or may not be a great HC. No idea. He's never had to run a program before at any level. Kwhitt doesn't exactly give me the impression that he's a hands-off type of coach. I'm sure Scalley has learned plenty through osmosis, but it's a different game when you have to run the entire show on your own.
