Orders are annoying.
We waited for 30 minutes for one dude in the assembly line for the in store customers.
Meanwhile, app customers had at least two and sometimes three people making stuff at the auxiliary line.
Why prioritize app orders? If people are waiting and you don’t have enough employees, seems fair to at least rotate which line has two preparers. App people can wait even more easily than in store.
And they lost customers tonight - a lot of in store people said buh bye.
I don’t like using the app @ Chipotle because they rob you of food unless you babysit the preparers to put actual food in the bowl, and not half a spoonful of every ingredient…
