Insulate rooms to block sounds out. I would be shocked if my wife and I ever have something smaller than about 2500 sqft. Right now, I’ve got a separate space detached from the house that is my office, but we’ve got a 1600 sqft vacation rental on the Oregon Coast that we spend time at, and my calls and meetings drive my family nuts.
