It's boundaries. It's weirdos who have increasingly expanded where their dogs
will go.
Taking them to a park on a leash is fine. Walk them on the neighborhood on a leash and pick up their poop. You don't need the stupid dog at the store, at the library, at a restaurant, at the movies, at the airport, at church, at the baseball/soccer field, etc.
