I tell people, “please don’t let your dog touch me.” Then I push it off me
Or very gently nudge/kick it. I don’t need its nasty saliva or mucus on my leg or arm. I try to be friendly about it but hey, it’s their dog that’s touching me. Make a shorter leash.
