drones that weigh under 250 g, like the DJI Mini 3, that RID is not required. Is that correct? Would I be able to use the DJI Mini 3 pretty much anywhere without RID being required? Or does that 250 g threshold not apply to every country?

I'm leaning toward the Mini 3 as it sounds like you don't have to jump through as many hoops (registration, etc.) due to its light weight. Are there any complications that come from the drone not being registered/not having RID?

Also, it seems like it would be a huge advantage to have the screen on the controller instead of having to use a cell phone constantly. Am I wrong?
