Bypass do absolutely nothing to reduce the risk so the general trend is moving away from revascularization of asymptomatic patients (screening angiograms or stress tests followed by stents/surgery) as you’re putting these guys through more risk of their heart procedures/surgeries than the risk of the transplant.
Even with stents it’s typically just a 3-6 mo wait now and it’s pretty rare to be completely excluded based solely on heart disease. If you are chances are you can find a center that’ll do it - obviously some are hypersensitive of anything that’ll knock their scores/outcomes.
