If today’s game is a draw, then the U.S. would still be three points ahead with a four-goal advantage in differential.
Yes, it’s possible to overcome a four-goal differential on the last match day, but that’s still a pretty narrow path to a top-two finish for Panama. Clearly the U.S. would still be in the driver’s seat if they draw today.
