I'm no recruiting expert or familiar with historical average ratings, but if the class is better now than average and better than most historical years, it will likely improve some more. The ratings and offers are unlikely to get worse, some will improve.

Unfortunately, we won't see many of these players on the field regularly for 3 years after graduation with missions. Recruiting results from high school will be slow to pay off on the field.
