I have one. Pro--Endless Hot Water. Con--$2,500-$3,500 more than a tanked one.
If you are continually running out of hot water on a 40 gl tank, upgrade to a 50 gl. When it's time to replace that or if you're already on a 50 gl tank and running out of water and you have cash to throw at it, do it.
