I think I’ll be in a similar situation in a few years or sooner. In-laws are
headed downhill fast.
They’ll leave me a solid 1961 split level on the west side in Provo with a mortgage, 20+ years of significant deferred maintenance, a failure to launch brother in law tenant in the basement, and a cat.
I’ll update you after I go repair their swamp cooler later this evening after I’m home from work.
