To me — in the SN interview of Fanning, Spence & Jarom both used a clear KANE throughout, but Fanning himself
started out w a clear KANN — but quickly moved to a more intermediate vowel for the rest of the conversation — that seemed closer to Kane than Kann to me. So I've been assuming (till Catching's own soundbite) KANE-en was it.
