Assuming Keba has the hands to catch the lobs.

I have 3 main concerns about the team.

1. Shooting. The projected starters include these 4 guys (Hall, Egor, Catchings, Keba) - Hall is an above average shooter but not great shooter. Egor/Catchings have potential as shooters but both have some question marks as shooters too. BYU has no 5 that can shoot - hopefully we use last scholarship on stretch 5. Any time Mag is on the floor by default that means BYU will have at least two non shooters on the floor at a time. Not having a 5 that can shoot limits lineup possibilities with Mag to some degree IMO.

2. Rebounding. Catchings at the 4 won’t provide same level rebounding as Waterman. SJ was a beast on the glass.

3. Youth / chemistry. Egor will be looked at as the best player. Catchings may end up 2nd or 3rd best player. Freshmen are inconsistent and not always ready to lead a team. (See Kentucky last 3 years). Hall/Saunders/Baker/Keba bring experience.

Hopefully we have the right blend of experience/youth to make a run.
