New EV credit is 7500, used is 4k.
Cheapest new EV the credit works on is a model3 for 40k.
I bought my 2014 model s in great shape for 19k with free supercharging with 80k miles and the batteries still charging to 96% of what they did when new. Still looks new.
There were a bunch for 13-17k but not as nice looking or with more miles. Also a bunch of people listing for 25-30k with unrealistic expectations.
