This is faulty reasoning IMO. If you offer no buyer agent commission there is
very little incentive (actually none) for any agent to bring a buyer. You lose a huge percentage of your buyers pool.

We advise our clients to do the inverse. If you pay a smaller overall percentage, be sure there is plenty for the buyers agent, even if it means the listing agent gets less.
