As an SVP with a B raise of $100 million, I wouldn't go unless I had one.
All the details aren't there, but some sub 7 figure equity offer for an SVP on that size isn't something I would consider.
The rank and file less than 7 figures, fine. SVP and less than that, no way. Not for me. Reward doesn't equal the risk.
