Look, the average PI guy is much more motivated the higher the limit. They

will settle out quickly on a 150 or even a 25 limit and not investigate much, if the limit is low. Put 500k or a million in front of them and they become much more aggressive and excessive, because it is worth maximizing their efforts to create a case.
Most PI lawyers are greedy and lazy, not just greedy.
