I'm not an Idaho resident, but have access to a family cabin in Idaho. My family will stand to use this cabin and access it for years. Unless I fall out of grace with my in-laws, we'll likely inherit at least a part of it, or at least be able to maintain access to it for years. The cabin is close to good fishing and we'll likely visit 2-3 times a year.

Since I don't live in Idaho but love to fish, and would rather pay Idaho resident fishing license fees, is it possible to somehow show ID residency through this cabin? Would we need to be added to the title or ownership entity? Has anyone done this?
