I'm not sure what you mean. Pac-12 Utah has one of the best OOC records in the country. Utes are
one of the schools with a positive record against every P5 the last 20 years.
You can cherry pick whatever data point, but Utah just beat Baylor and Florida with a 4th string QB.

I do. Both Oregon and USC would've been in the CFP had Utah not upset them. No other conference has that dynamic
