And her vision for the studio was self-insert after another. The only reason, in my opinion, that she made money for the studio was Disney was riding high, lucasfilm was riding high because Disney had just bought it and so people were originally excited.

Rogue One is a decent film, but I think people overrated greatly. It was an unnecessary addition to the Star Wars franchise. The Force Awakens made gobs of money, despite the film being derivative garbage. There was almost nothing that was original about that movie. However Star Wars fans and the public at large, me included. We're so starved for another Star Wars film that we all went and saw it.

It was all pretty much downhill from there.
