The Phoenix office dealt with my transaction. They have one in Utah and one in Arizona. They came and looked at my vehicle. Saw that it had 10 mi on it and was garaged and made me a very competitive offer. At that time I was getting interest from private sellers but a lot of them couldn't come up with financing for the amount they were willing to pay for it. Auto loans were also really pricey at the time tho not sure if that has changed.

A couple days later I drove it to their place in Phx. They checked it out and gave me a cashier's check. A few days later it went on a truck up to Salt Lake and was placed on an Audi dealership's lot. Sat on their lot for a couple months and then sold to a guy. The guy never created a Ford account for the truck so I can still to this day track its location using the Ford app.
