I listed my car on KSL and Facebook for a bit lower than KBB value at $8900. They contacted me and did the inspection and everything. They called me today and claimed that they had a buyer with financing but the bank would only loan them for about $7000. I'm not convinced they're telling the truth. Is Kelley Blue Book accurate? Could there be that big of a discrepancy with the bank's valuation? Or are they just trying to lowball me?
