guess it all depends. Our little league has parent umps (a horrible way to save a buck). When a dad doesn't ring his
own kid up I don't like it, but he's doing it for free and it's little league so I have to get over it.
For club there are just some bad umps that may be slightly biased against one club or another.
Luckily, although there are a lot of bang bang plays in baseball they aren't involved in every play like the can be in basketball.
